GCET 2023 - Gujarat Common Entrance Test acronym as GCET is conducted online by Gujarat Technological University (GTU) for providing admissions to aspiring candidates in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Computer Application (MCA) courses in the colleges (a list is given below) affiliated with it.

Educational Qualification
- Aspiring candidates should have a Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration with at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.
Imp: The aspiring candidate must have passed graduation from any one of the Universities located in the state of Gujarat.
Note: Candidates who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible for the test.
Age Limits
- There is no age limit for taking the GCET Exam. Besides, there is no limitation on the number of attempts too.

GCET Exam 2023 Pattern
- GCET will be a computer-based test with the choice of appearing twice in the test.
- Test duration will be of 80 minutes and there will be 100 multiple choice questions with negative marking for wrong answers.
- However, there will be a test of 96 minutes for students appearing for MBA & MCA both with 120 multiple-choice questions.

How to apply for GCET Exam 2023?
Aspiring candidates can follow the below-given steps to apply for GCET Exam.

Step 1
Visit the site to print the Fee Challan link given on the registration website and go to any of the help centers. Bank counter (List is given below) will accept challan and fee there. By giving one stamped copy of the fee challan, a candidate can get an information brochure issued from the help center, which comes with a User - ID and Password.

Step 2
With the allotted User-ID and password complete the application form on the website. www.gtu.ac.in. If a candidate is having difficulty registering online on his/her own, he/she can send an email to [email protected] or contact the Central Control Room at GTU, Ahmedabad.

Step 3
The candidate has to report to the nearest Help Centre along with a duly signed application form, acknowledgment slip, and Photostat copy of required documents (Final Year Degree mark sheet, H.S.C examination mark sheet, S.S.C mark sheet) to get the registration acknowledgment slip.

Step 4
Downloads & prints hall tickets from the registration site.
