What is the eligibility of PGI Chandigarh MD/MS Exam?

You are eligible to appear in PGI Chandigarh MD/MS Entrance Exam if you fulfill the below given eligibility Criterion.

• Possess Indian Nationality, with a proof in the form of Nationality Certificate / valid passport, 

• Passed final M.B.B.S. examination from a recognised medical college, included in the schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

• Obtained registration either from the Medical Council of India or from authorised State Medical Council after completing one-year compulsory rotating internship.

• Still undergoing one-year compulsory rotating internship and is likely to complete it by 31st March of the year of the Examination.

• NRI, PIO or FN candidates who have passed the M.B.B.S. or equivalent examination exam from a college outside India shall be eligible for the admission, provided he/she obtains registration from the Medical Council of India.
