IDP IELTS Australia (International Development Program) and Cambridge ESOL on the IELTS test (English for Speakers of Other Languages). Previously, both IDP and the British Council administered IELTS in India; however, IDP has recently purchased a 100% interest from the British Council and will be fully responsible for administering IELTS in India, whether computer-based or paper-based.
