Faculty Development Programme

Faculty Development Programme is aimed at honing the teaching and research skills of perspective, new and seasoned management teachers, researchers and trainers. The Programme aims at enhancing the academic and intellectual environment in the Institutions by providing faculty members with enough opportunities to pursue research and to participate in seminars/conferences/workshops. Participation in such programmes would enable faculty members to update their research and pedagogical skills. The Programme enables the participants to develop competence in general management, understand recent advances in management research, and learn to improve pedagogies, effective presentation techniques, and behavioral skills to be an effective management faculty.

Faculty Development Programme Eligibility

• CFP Certification is a preferred qualification.
• Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who have experience in teaching/training activities would also be eligible in order that they develop competency in Financial Planning aspect of their specific domains.
