The All India Law Entrance Test i.e AIELT 2021 official notification has been released by the National Law University, Delhi on its official website i.e https://nationallawuniversitydelhi.in or http://www.nludelhi.ac.in

AILET 2021 Eligibility Conditions

If you are seeking admission in BA LLB (Hons.) program then you must have completed or appeared in their 12 class or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks in the case of SC/ST/PWD category candidates.

For the LLM program, you must have got your LLB degree or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks for general category candidates and 45% marks in the case of SC/ST/PWD category candidates.

Whereas for the Ph.D. program interested candidates must have done LLM or Equivalent with 50% marks for general category candidates and 45% marks for SC/ST/PWD Category candidates.

AILET 2021 Total No. of Seats

There is a total of 110 seats of BA LLB Hons. that will be filled through AILET 2021. Whereas 70 seats of LLM and 13 seats of Ph.D. course will also be filled through the exam.

How To apply for AILET 2021?

To apply for AILET 2021 you need to follow certain steps that are:

Visit the official website of the AILET i.e. www.nludelhi.ac.in and then click on the link named ‘apply online for the AILET exam’. After that, select the register as a new candidate and then enter your all-basic detail which will be asked there.
After filling in all basic detail then click on the register button, an e-mail will be sent to your registered email address which contains your registration ID and password.
After that, provide your all-academic details, the course for which you are going to apply and other necessary detail asked.
Once you are done with this, you have to upload the scanned copies of your passport size photograph and running hand signature which must be in the JPG/JPEG format.
Eventually, you have to pay the application fees and that fee is Rs.3050 for General category/Kashmiri migrants/Residents of Jammu & Kashmir, For Person with disability/SC & ST category the fee is Rs.1050 and there is no entrance fee for SC/ST Below Poverty Line (BPL) only.
