Multimedia - It is a discipline which includes multiple forms of media integrated together. Multimedia includes a combination of text, audio, graphics, animation, video, and interactivity content forms. Multimedia acts as a dynamic field as it can be recorded and played, it can be displayed or accessed by computerized and electronic devices or can also be part of a live performance. Animation and gaming are forms of Multimedia.
Animation - Animation is a visual technique which provides the illusion of motion by the rapid display of a sequence of images in order to create an illusion of movement. In this technique each image contains a small change, for example a leg moves slightly, or the wheel of a car turns. When the images are viewed rapidly, your eye fills in the details and the illusion of movement is complete.
