AP LAWCET 2024 -  Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Tests acronym as APLAWCET is conducted by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad for admission into LL.B 3/5 Year Law Courses in the Universities in Andhra Pradesh and their affiliated colleges.

Educational Qualification

For LLB 3 Year Course

• Aspiring candidates should have passed the Graduate Degree Examination of a minimum of three years duration (10+2+3 pattern)of a recognized University with at least 45% marks of aggregate marks (40% marks in case of SC / ST categories) in the qualifying examination.
• If any candidate secured less than 45% in graduation, he should have passed any additional graduation or Post Graduation with 45% marks.

For LL.B 5-year course

• Prospective candidates should have passed the two-year Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC / ST categories) in the qualifying examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent to Intermediate by the University, Board of Intermediate A.P and Bar Council of India.

AP LAWCET Entrance Exam 2024 Syllabus 

APLAWCET consists of questions from the following given subjects as given below:

• General Knowledge and Mental Ability
• Current Affairs
• Aptitude for the Study of Law

For 5 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Intermediate level and for 3 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Degree Level.

The questions in Part-C, Aptitude for the study of Law, elementary knowledge of the basic principles of the Law, and Constitution of India on the Part of the Student are assumed.

AP LAWCET Entrance Exam 2024 Pattern 

APLAWCET shall be conducted in online mode (computer-based test) having 120 questions of one mark each to be completed in 90 minutes.
