About Navrachana University

Navrachana University is a private statutory university. It is established in 2009 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009 (Gujarat Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Volume L, and Tuesday, July 7, 2009). In March 2011, it was recognized by the University Grants Commission under the UGC Act, 1956. Navrachana University is a unitary non-affiliating university. It does not receive any grant-in-aid or other financial assistance from the Central or State Government. The main campus of the University is located in the city of Vadodara on Vasna-Bhayli Road. The University has planned a campus over 70 acres, at Asoj on Vadodara- Halol highway.

Navrachana Education Society - It is a registered Charitable Trust founded in 1965. It has a Board of Trustees comprising of educationists, philanthropists and administrators. With 48 Years of Excellence in Education, the Society is acclaimed for its achievements - for having imparted through its Institutions, quality education for over four decades. And the Navrachana University is also set by this Trust along with many other Institutions.

Navrachana University Facilities

Library Facilities - The Navrachana University’s Library fulfils the requirements of students and Faculty members of all the programs of bachelors and masters degree.

Hostel Facilities - The University provides accommodation to students on need basis. The hostel accommodation facilities are economical or luxurious as per the requirements.

Sports Facilities - The University has facilities regarding Indoor Games and Sports Club. Sports Clubs are created to provide opportunities for students to participate in a variety of sports. In other words, it is a student organization formed by those with a common interest in a sport activity.

Laboratory Facilities - The University has well equipped laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology programs. They are environmental friendly and all the necessary safety measures have been taken while designing the laboratory.

Anti-ragging Facilities - The University has a committee which takes necessary actions to prohibit and prevent cases of ragging from the premises of the University.

Financial Aid Facilities - The Navrachana University helps the students with loans and financial assistance. Scholarships are available for B.Sc. B.Ed. Students.

Cafeteria - It is the favorite hangout place for students and located near the main block of the University campus. Cafeteria is well planned and is in the midst of campus and beautifully landscaped.
