M.Ch. Paediatric Surgery or Master of Chirurgiae in Paediatric Surgery is a postgraduate Surgery course. Paediatric surgery is a specification of surgery involving the surgery of foetuses, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. During the course, candidates are provided knowledge, abilities and attitudes to be able to function as a paediatric surgeon in a teaching/ non-teaching hospital with confidence and competence to diagnose and manage surgical conditions of infancy and childhood. M.Ch. (Paediatric Surgery) the course is three years duration course and it is career orienting in nature that opens many jobs for the candidates after its completion.

M.Ch. Paediatric Surgery Eligibility

  • Candidates should have passed M.D./ M.S. degree in not more than two attempts from a recognized Medical College.
  • The colleges and universities should be included in the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and have obtained full registration for M.D./ M.S. either from the Medical Council of India or any state Medical Council.
