M.Tech. Construction Technology or Master of Technology in Construction Technology is a two year post graduate Civil Engineering course. The course focuses on both fundamental knowledge and advanced topics. Fundamental courses include estimating, scheduling, contracting, and project management and advanced courses include risk analysis, decision making, computer applications in construction, sustainability and green construction, quality management, and Six-Sigma. Also focus on the basics of construction technology including project scheduling, estimating and control; the legal and developmental aspects of the design process; and addressing issues of quality in residential projects.
