Post Card Writing

One of the oldest means of written communication in the history of post and telegraph services A Postcard is a very convenient and cheap means of written communication. Although almost obsolete barring few really backward/remote areas of the country where they are still send and received now a days. There was a time when post card were/(are- by some Government organization like L.I.C etc.) used both for personal and business purposes, the postcard is suitable only for a brief and to the point communication. Thus it affords no scope for elaborate details for which an inland letter or letter in an envelope is a better choice. However the postcards differ very little from a letter in its format. Conversational style  can be used for writing a postcard, transporting the distant reader to their own world, making thing come alive for him/ her.
