BE Food Processing and Preservation Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in Food Processing and Preservation Technology is a full-time four years duration Under-Graduate Engineering program. Advances in Food Processing and Preservation Technology: Methods and Applications address food preservation concerns by offering fresh research and information on the application of novel processing and preservation technologies in the food business throughout production, processing, and transportation for the enhancement of shelf life and food safety.

The Food Processing and Preservation Technology program is divided into two sections. The first portion focuses on new and non-thermal food and food product processing. Part two digs into process interventions for food processing and preservation, examining the various unique food processing applications.

  • The Candidates must have qualified for their 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
