M.Tech. (Solid State Technology)

Master of Technology in Solid State Technology

Duration: 2 Years
Level: Post Graduation
Type: Degree
Eligibility: Graduation

M.Tech. Solid State Technology or Master of Technology in Solid State Technology is a postgraduate programme. Solid state physics is the study of solid matter. This area of physics is typically offered as part of a graduate degree program and covers topics such as crystal structures, nanostructures, wave diffraction and quantum phonons. Course involves the study of matter in its solid stage. Solid-state physics is closely related to biology, medicine, biochemistry and biotechnology. The duration of the course is two years and it opens many careers after its successful completion.

M.Tech. Solid State Technology Eligibility

  • B.E. / B.Tech. or equivalents with minimum 50% are eligible to apply to this course
