B.Sc Food Science and Nutrition or Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition is an Under-Graduate Food Technology program. Food & Nutrition is concerned with the field of Science and in this course, the main emphasis is given to food, nutrition, diet and their production, management, preservation, etc. Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition is generally three academic year course. The Bachelor of Science course in Food Science and Nutrition focuses on the interface between Human Nutrition and Food Science as well as an integration of the two disciplines.
