B.Sc Nutrition or Bachelor of Science in Nutrition is an Under-Graduate Nutrition and Dietetics course. Nutrition or nourishment or aliment is the provision by which the necessary materials (in the form of food) are given to cells and organisms to support life. The Bachelor of Science in Nutrition program provides students with a comprehensive education that merges the science of nutrition with a broader view of wellness, community, and the environment.

Nutrition also considers why people choose to eat the foods they do, even after they have been advised that doing so may be unhealthy. The duration of the Bachelor of Science course in Nutrition is three years and the syllabus for the course is divided into six semesters. The course in Nutrition is important and career orienting in nature opens many jobs for the applicants after its completion.

B.Sc Nutrition Eligibility

  • Students must have passed their 10+2 examination in the Science stream from a recognized school board.
