Step 1
After clearing their Bachelor's degree course the aspiring candidates need to get admission to higher degree courses in Philosophy from various recognised institutes in the country. For these courses, they have to appear in entrance tests conducted by various colleges/universities during the time of admissions. Mostly M.Phil. or PhD is considered as main criteria for this profession.

PG Philosophy Courses

Note: For Master’s Degree, graduation is must with at least 50% marks in aggregate. For M.Phil., they must have a pass degree of post-graduation with 55% marks in aggregate. For Ph.D., candidates should be either Master’s Degree holders or M.Phil.

Step 2
After passing/having an educational qualification, they can go for various designations both in government and public sector for different types of posts.
