The University of Kota (UOK) is a public university in Kota, Rajasthan, India. It was established with the assent of Governor of Rajasthan and recognized by UGC in 2003 under the state act. It offers courses at the undergraduate and post-graduate level. His Excellency Sh. S.K. Singh, Governor of Rajasthan is the Chancellor of the university. At present the University of Kota has 129 affiliated colleges and autonomous departments. Regional Centers - It has six regional centres in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota,Ajmer and Bikaner. It also has 33 study centres all over Rajasthan, Kota Open University Session - Registration usually begins in the months of November or December and the session starts next January.
Kota Open University Educational Material - Printed matter are sent by post to students. Audio/video matter can also accompany printed study material depending on the course. Practice material / exercise kits are also supplied. Face-to-face interactive sessions are held according to the demands of the course.
