Rishihood is a new university being established in India. It is an impact-oriented initiative. The university believes in an ‘ecosystem’ approach to learning rather than isolated training and research. This means that Rishihood actively engages and nurtures an ecosystem for our academic areas as well as for the larger growth of the nation and society.

We are creating a learning environment which inspires people to achieve ‘Rishihood’. Our programs and projects are being designed so that each person associated with the university is motivated to contribute to society in a positive way.

Rishihood campus is under construction in Sonipat, Delhi NCR the University will begin its full-time programs in 2020. We have the following schools being launched in the first phase:

• School of Creativity
• School of Education
• School of Entrepreneurship
• School of Healthcare

Today we live in a very complex world that has experienced an explosion in knowledge, but not in growth in understanding; a world in which people have lost trust in their leaders and faith in their institutions; it’s a world that has developed amazing technologies, but has isolated humans, leaving them with a feeling of life without purpose and or even the value of human endeavor.

Rishihood University is uniquely positioned to answer these questions and train students to live in such a world and to find better solutions to everyday problems. We as a University are committed to discovery and transmission of knowledge in a setting of our cultural and sociological heritage as a Nation. We understand that in order to succeed, students need access to the necessary support services, skill development opportunities that will help them put their best foot forward. First and foremost, faculty members at Rishihood University work directly with students to help them succeed in their studies, through teaching and learning, mentorship, personal support, and supervision.

As a student, there is a lot you can explore at Rishihood University as you become part of our educational endeavours. You will discover that your faculties members will push you to achieve the best you can by helping you discover your true potential and interests. We also take pride in giving our students a truly global experience. Rishihood is a thoughtful experiment to reimagine higher education. By building an ecosystem of impact, we wish to enable our students, faculty, and the larger society to pursue their passion. We are creating a joyful learning environment where students can find their purpose and strive towards excellence.

We aim to integrate learning at three levels: age, subjects, and society. We work with K12 students so that they can move into higher education with more confidence. Similarly, we work with working professionals to upskill and reskill them because learning is a lifelong process. Our subjects are integrated and faculty members design the curriculum such that the learning outcomes are interdisciplinary. Further, we engage with fellow institutions, the industry, and community organizations, international and national partners so that our people participate in a meaningful learning ecosystem.
