Educational Qualification

• Aspiring candidates should be in-service nurses, i.e., Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM) OR
• They should have cleared the Class 12 examination or any equivalent examination from a recognized board. OR
• The candidates are required to have a three-year diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

Other Eligibility Conditions

• The candidates should have a minimum experience of two years in the nursing field. 

IGNOU OPENNET Exam 2024 Syllabus 

IGNOU OPENNET consists of the question based on General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) Syllabus prescribed by Indian Nursing Council (INC).

IGNOU OPENNET Exam 2024 Pattern 

• The examination is comprised of 120 multiple-choice questions
• For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded
• Time duration to complete the exam is 2 hours 30 minutes
• The questions are asked from the subjects like Reasoning Aptitude, General Knowledge, Mathematics, General English, and Science
• Candidates will be provided an OMR sheet for marking their responses
