NEET SS 2024 - National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Super Specialty Courses acronym as NEET SS is conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) for admission to various DM/MCh courses.

NEET SS 2024 is a single-window entrance examination for SS courses. No other entrance examination, either at the state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to DM/MCh courses as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 w.e.f. 2018 admission session.

Educational Qualification

Aspiring candidates should have a postgraduate medical degree (MD / MS / DNB) from an institute recognized as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act and possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate of PG qualification issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.

NEET SS 2024 Syllabus  

NEET SS consists of questions from subjects/knowledge areas as per the PG Medical Education Regulations issued by the Medical Council of India with prior approval of the Government of India.

NEET SS 2024 Pattern  

NEET SS comprises 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions.

The questions will be only in the English language.

Note: There is a Negative Marking (1/4th) for the wrong response.

NEET SS is normally held in the month of June/July.
