Corporate House Keeping

Corporate House Keeping is a house keeping craftsman trade. The duration of the course is one semester with six months duration. There are many ITIs offering the trade in this subject matter. Corporate House-keeping Trade is all about the management of the company and contract law issues the client (contract management, compliance monitoring, identification of existing business), reviewing or drafting the necessary contracts for the daily business of the client or post-sale processing. Trade is an important one from job point of view as after passing candidates can have so many opportunities in various corporation services both in government and private sectors. Students have also good option for further higher studies.

  • Students should have been passed in 10th class Examination or its equivalent from a recognized school board in the country.

Procure linen from the store and laundry and check proper storage of it.

Practice on material management, proper accounting and keeping of the linen service such as carpets, curtains, upholstery etc. Check both external and internal Environmental hygiene of office premises.

Check overhead and underground tank for their proper coverage, regular chlorination and cleaning of it. Check out the purifier for drinking water, lounges and dining hall for the cleaning periodical visit to assign duty to staff. Practice on the prevention of different type of the pollution such as Air, water and noise.

To know about the house keeping and work related to corporate house-keeping. Knowledge of handling the equipment and cleaning material.

Basic knowledge of different type of equipment used in housekeeping. To have working knowledge of preventive maintenance, maintenance schedule, maintenance procedure, fault detection, minor repair &AMC related to house-keeping equipments. To know safety 'measure in operation of the equipment.

  • Candidates should be known of that how to clean rooms and other interior and outside areas.
  • They should be aware of that how to do sanitary inspections in designated areas for purposes of infection control.
  • They should be able to observe and report safety violations along with actively participating in emergency situations.
