B.Sc Food Technology and Quality Assurance or Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Quality Assurance is a three-year graduate-level course that deals with the production, preservation, research, and development of food products, as well as ensuring food quality by preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured food products to avoid further problems. Food technology is the use of chemical, biological, and physical concepts and procedures in the production, processing, and storage of food. Quality assurance is the process of avoiding errors and flaws in goods to ensure quality.

This six-semester course teaches the fundamentals of chemical analysis, microbiology, and statistical control approaches for ensuring food quality and safety. As a result, the students get solid scientific, technical, and professional abilities in the science of food technology, as well as a greater understanding of food quality assurance.
