BE Food Technology & Bio-Chemical Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology & Bio-Chemical Engineering is a full-time four-year undergraduate degree program. B.Tech Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering is a subject that teaches us the skill of incorporating technology into food, such as production and packaging procedures.
On a broader level, it investigates the steps of food production, from raw materials to the development of processed food. Students will learn about the packaging of food products after processing, food preservation, enhancing food quality, preserving health, avoiding the use of pollutants, and much more through this course.
