- Candidates should have passed a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University
- Bachelor i.e., B.Sc Degree should be done either in Food Science and Technology/ Food Science and Quality control/ Food Technology and Management/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Home Science
- Should possess a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at the Graduation level
