B.Sc (Home Science) in Food & Nutrition or Bachelor of Science Home Science in Food & Nutrition is an Under-Graduate Food Technology program. Food & Nutrition is concerned with the field of Science and in this course, the main emphasis is given to food, nutrition, diet and their production, management, preservation, etc. Bachelor of Science Home Science in Food & Nutrition is generally three academic year course. The course focuses on the interface between Human Nutrition and Food Science as well as an integration of the two disciplines.
