A mentor is an individual who always guides you with his/her valuable experience and optimistic believes. Mentor always stands by your side and guides you as he/she has certain areas of expertise on the basis of which he/she serves you with good opinions. Mentor spends his/her time and expertise to guide the person who needs their help or advice. The relation between the mentor and the mentee with the aim of career and personal development is called mentorship. It can be a formal relationship or informal relationship depends upon the bonding between the mentor and the mentee. A mentor could be any person your teacher, coach, tutor, parents, friends, relatives who have certain experience and able to guide you in the right way. Mentors are experienced individuals who ready to share their valuable thoughts and learning with the less experienced people for their betterment.
